alpha one removal ?

1989 Alpha One removal... I have removed all 6 bolts. then put it in gear. I got it to move about One inch. I can't seem to get any farther then that. any tips?

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,.... Look up-under the drive, 'n see if the shift shoe/ foot is in forward, straight fore, 'n aft....

If it is, Pull harder...

If you are back a full inch, you are out of shift shoe. Basically, there is nothing left to hold it after it's an inch off.

Thank you, it came right out! I just didn't want to break anything... frist timer @ removel. Next is motor main seal leaking. Let the games begin! I will probably be back.
