Alpha One hard to steer under power manual steer model

Sitting still my steering turns with ease but while under power it get very stiff. Nothing is in a bind as long as its not under power. What needs greeting and or replacing to get this thing easier to drive?

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,.... Have ya adjusted the torque tab anode mounted over the prop under the cav-plate,..??

Sometimes a different prop helps,....

Let's start with make, model and serial number. From this ^^^ we have no idea if you have power steering or not, or even the drive style you're trying to turn.
