Alpha gen 2 Trim limit splines do not move with the outdrive.

Everything works great on with my trim limit switch. Manually I can move the limit switch (when detached from drive) and start and stop the up movement. When attached the switch does not move. The splines recessed in the drive do not move with the drive as it goes up and down, so the switch never gets turned. Trim position sender works and trailer switch work fine.

hinge pin loose. or corroded to the steering ring.
