Alpha 1 oil leak, but not the drain holes

Ive read numerous thread on sites about the outdrive leaking gearing oil out of the drain holes. In my case a trolling plate was down while I drove the boat around normally and it appears im leaking oil out of the vents. I drove it another time and just added more oil but I havent drove it since, any suggestions or ideas?

Ayuh,... Do you mean the water pickup vent,....
There's another oil seal at the water pump,.. Could be that 1...
Whatever seal it is,.. It needs fixin',... If oils getting out, Water is getting In...
Just adding oil will cost you the Whole drive in short order...
