So I removed the outdrive yesterday to get started on a bellows, gimbal bearing and shift cable replacement and found a small trace of oil in the drive shaft bellows. I assume this means I have a seal leaking. I plan to drop off the outdrive to a shop this afternoon to pressure test and replace the seal. What is a fair amount to expect to pay for such a repair? I am in Charleston SC and there are very few shops that even service outdrives.
