Okay, I think I have the power tilt and trim hooked up to my relay. This is a 1990 Johnson 140 VRO. Now here is my question can I used regular hevy gauge wire for the batttery leads? I think I found the positive conncetion bove the starter where do I hook the negative battery connection. Also? Where are te **** fuel lines. I found 2 little hoses coming out on the transdom side of the boat. Are those the oil and fuel. They are on the same sde as the starter but in front of it. They don't have connections though just open hoses is that them. Secondly do I need to wire the tilt trim indicators, the little wires coming out of the shaft black and white? No-one here services johonson or Evnrude so I need help. Thanks.

Re: Almost done.

What you need is an OMC shop manual for your motor. I know you didn't want to hear that but you are asking questions about basic wiring plus fuel & oil that if not connected properly will cost you big bucks to fix.
