Could someone please confirm if the alignment dimensions in the link below are correct? I had a part machined to these specifications, and it is very tight at the end.

Thanks, checked before but images for some reason were not displayed, now i see it.
I checked engine monuts on transom, and one side looks lower than the other one.
And fiber washer (f) is it that black washer on my photo or is it missing.

Agree one side is higher than the other, and Ill guess your assembly is the newer style that doesn't use the wound washer. Do both sides have the same bushing installed with the knurled edge on bottom?

It is newer style and what I meant asking for was a rubber washer (a on picture post 3). The one is on photo looks like plastic or this rubber washing is missing.
From top it looks like this.
I will probably have to lift back of the engine and see why one side sits lower

Found also this checking transom drawing. Not sure but seems that its either u-shape type like I have or normal washer no. 7
Still need to figure out why gaps are not even or should it sit flat on washer.

Yes there is a problem with those rear mounts.
Based on your Transom S/N, this should be a Design III motor mount set up.
It will use the #7 on the right in the jpg you posted. This is rubber and called a Slotted isolator in the service manual. There is no fiber washer.
The ear on the flywheel cover (the part that has the motor mount pressed into it) should never touch this during normal operation. Might want to take a look at the front motor mounts. My guess is that someone forgot to bend the locking tab on the bottom adjusting nut and it has spun itself down. Look on the side that has too little of a gap.

The boat was shipped from Canada in a container. Due to its size, the container is tilted on its side so the boat can be loaded and secured. The container is then placed back upright for transport, meaning the boat travels across the ocean on its side. That’s likely the reason why the mountings look this way.
Drive was easy to remove and install so it never crossed my mind to check alignment properly.
