I saw that at work. I'm a HVAC technician. I got sent to a water chiller I've never previously worked on. As I was familiarizing myself with it, the college pedigreed plant electrical engineer and some other guy showed up and pretty much pushed me out of the way and pushed the reset button. The chiller began to start up and aborted. They reset it again. It aborted again. I watched them reset it five or seven more times and they didn't make any corrective action whatsoever each time. They just stared at it and pushed the button. I held my tongue and left them to it.
