air in trim pump

Have a 95 17' Dynasty w/ mercruiser 130 4 cyl. I ran the trim pump low on oil. Added 10w-30 oil and I need to know how to get the air out of the system. I think the pump is leaking between pump and reservoir. The numbers on the power trim pump are. SAE J1171 and on top of the pump, A8058. Could I order a reservoir kit ( ARCM525 ) to fix this problem. First boat and don't know much about boats, but need to learn. Thanks.

Run it up and down a few times, it's self bleeding.<br /><br /><br />You probably only need the oring for the reservoir. Item 6 in the picture.<br /><br />
