Air condition not working

So put the boat in yesterday and the AC is not working, specifically the pump. The fans and compressor come on but the pump does not. So checked the circuit board terminals and have 120V at the input terminals but 0 volts at the terminals going to the pump. It's a Cruisair single unit system. Numbers are Product Number -205-311060 and model number SXF5/2-RMT.
Leaning towards the circuit board being bad? I read where with a single unit system I can just attach the pump wires directly to the input terminals so the pump will come on any time the system is turned on?
There is also a small square block near the corner of that board that has a purple, a yellow, and a black wire going to it. The diagram labels it as TRIAC. Could that be the issue?
The only number I can see on the board is 50-032201-D

Any ideas? I have quite a few pics if that would help.

No expert but after looking at the manual (not very good) I would lean toward the circuit board. The board has a relay which supplies power to the pump, or can be used to energize another relay which turns the pump on.

If the pump does run when wired direct, then I would guess the board

Do look at the pump and note what the power rating is to see if its running close to max rating of the board

Check all the spaded terminal connections, mine were crusty ( fridge ) and by doing that it started working on 110 again.. tampabaymarina.com has all parts for that Cruisair . Had to replace board and controller was around 400 if I recall correctly. My problem with that vs fridge.was it wasn't cycling , controls were slow to non existent to respond to commands . .

All terminals look great and none felt loose. Just had my cone clutch replaced and picked it up last week so gonna call that shop tomorrow and run it by him real quick to see if he has any ideas

Ordered a new TRIAC thingy...lol. Let's hope that fixes it

Just a note of caution, after removing all power to the unit before working on it, be sure and ground-out any/all high capacity capacitors, or you may get one hell of a jolt!

Got the TRIAC part today and swapped it out. I now have power going to my pump but pump not coming on. Not sure if I just didn't get a good connection last week when I checked for power or maybe that I have 2 issues. Plan now is to put a plug on the end of the pump cord and plug it into an outlet to test directly to be sure (not to band-aid, just to test pump). That pump is only not even 4 years old but the old pump was working but had a crack. Going to see if I can swap out the cracked part from the newer pump. Pump is a Dometic LC-2CP-MD 115V in case anyone knows anything about these pumps. The one connector (think it was the inlet) was cracked.
