air compressor went out, 2008 175 Optimax, some metal in air line to fuel injector, had it replaced and all lines, fuel rails flushed. Prior to replacement of the compressor each cylinder was at 100 psi, first run after compressor install motor ran good for about 10 minutes then started losing RPM, now at full throttle max RPM is 3000. Inspection found the air line coming off of the air compressor was lose as detected by a hissing noise heard over the running of the motor. Clamp was replaced with a factory clamp, problem still there - max RPM at full throttle is 3000.

The question is would a leaking air line on the air compressor take out a cylinder? Attached is one of the plugs.

I will be returning the boat to the mechanic Monday.

With the air leak, the fuel wasn't being "blown" into cylinder correctly but the oil was since its a separate pump and it has fouled your plugs. Either clean or replace them..
