Not sure, but I understand you can get Cheap Flights to Mongolia - Airlines to Ulaanbaatar at the moment on Trans Siberian Air.
I digress....yesterday I am sure there was another airline, possibly the one you mention....demonstrating how to wash a jet-liner, with the assistance of the fire-crew, quoted as "Which is kind of awesome".
