I don't have a test wheel to run WOT in a tank and set 1995 70hp FORCE to the spec of 30 BTDC. So I adjusted it "static", cranking in the full throttle position. Now running 850 RPM at idle on muffs I have 9-10 degrees BTDC. Can't find a spec for idle timing though. Is this good enough or do I have to tie the boat off to a dock and do a WOT adjustment?
