Will adjusting shift cable at motor (1995 75HP)<br />correct problem of motor not totally disengaging when in neutral. When I do this and manually turn prop I hear a tick, tick, tick (not fully disengaged). By the neutral safety switch there is a roller which rides in a cam and notch. When roller reaches notch is that nuetral.
