Ok first off get rid of that wire nut and solder the wire, or crimp connect and shrink tube the wires correctly. Wire nuts wil come loose with the vibration and can cause a fire, not to mention they invite all kinds of water and corrosion.

Ok on to your switch. It's a little hard to see but assuming the orange wire with the yellow stakon on terminal is you r power in, the terminal directly next to it (picture 1, terminal closest to camera, on the bottom,) will be the connection for you accessory. You'll have to tie your ground in to a ground bus bar.

Ok with the yellow connector going to the fuse, the other connection on the fuse will come off the fuse and go to the center terminal on the switch. Assuming that the fuse is good, and you have power coming into the fuse you should be golden.

If you need further just ask, electrical can be a tricky thing if your not well versed in it. Myself and some of the other guys like ST are pretty good with the electrical diagnosis stuff.

Just to make sure, but not to insult. For the light to work, it must have both voltage applied and a complete path for current back to ground (the negative terminal of your battery, in this case). Make sure you have a good ground or it may not burn.
