I'm adding a hot foot to my 15ft 6 in Raycraft with a 79 85hp Rude. Is it a job you can do yourself or should I take it to my dealer for a pro installation. I know you have to replace a cable but how much more length do you need? Sorry to sound stupid about this but the only thing I know is a hot foot would be good to have for the safety factor. Is there anything bad about them after you've had one for awhile?<br /><br />Dutch
