Adding an ACR to an existing dual battery setup?

I currently have a dual battery setup with the 1/2/both setup. Is there a way to keep my current switch and add an ACR in the mix?

Sure. They all will work for your setup. There are diode based and relay based. Yandina is an inexpensive and simple one.
