All the outboards i've had have a tilt switch in the cowling.
Anyone ever added one maby through the transom of an outdrive.
I have to tilt up to back into the garage, tilted up. Then have to tilt down to finish backing in.
A rorlal pian to get in the boat to tilt. Also for draining at the ramp

Any reason this would be a bad Idea.
All comments welcome.

Ayuh,... All it takes is a toggle switch, 'n a few feet of wire....

Just wire it parallel to the existing circuit....

If you have a MerCruiser drive, there is a one you can by from them, that plugs right in. I bought on this summer for mine. There was 2 different ones, one for a round plug in style, and that was what I had. The wiring harness is very nice, and it is a sealed plug where it plugs into the Hydraulic pump.
