Hightrim...there are "Support Groups" available that can help you with this addiction you have. They have special training for people with un-controllable urges like this. Ha ha! Actually, I'm jealous!
I got my cousin started by giving him a 1938 Evinrude Elto ... now he has over 45 motors, some back to the early 20's. Well over twenty are fully restored runners. He blames me when his wife gives him static about the collection.
I have ALOT of the 30hp/35hp Big Twins from the mid to late 50s. I already have a Javelin that is close to done with a major restoration, but love them so picked up this fixer upper

Terrible addiction, a friend of mine gave me a couple of old motors last fall (58 3hp Evinrude & 57 7.5 Johnson), now I'm up to 10 motors and everyplace I go I am looking for more and he thought he was doing me a favor!!!
Ive always wanted twin Javelins. Now I just need the proper boat for it!
I wish I got them for 50 bucks each, but sadly no. I paid $300 for the pair. That was as low as he would go or he was gonna recycle them. That would have killed me.
