Is it possible to swap everything from engine pivot thru mounting bracket from a newer model to have tilt and trim? or at least tilt?

You can actually buy outboards now that come with power t&t as standard, and they are available used too .
I think you would save yourself a bunch of stress , time and money buying another motor with power t&t 🙂

If you want to add Power Trim to a 1969 Evinrude, a C&C is pretty much the only way to do so, except for doing what Mc Tool suggested

Those are your Options. There were a lot of Changes made to the Transom Bracket, Swivel, Midsections and Motor Mounts between 1969 and 1973, when the First Gen of Power Trim was offered, and even more changes happened by the time the 2nd Gen of Power Trim was introduced in 77 on the 140hp and in 78 on the 115 and 85hp.
Power Tilt was offered for the engine in 1969, but being 57 yrs old, it might be hard to find Parts, let alone NOS at a Dealer
