I have a 2005 Four Winns tandem axle trailer with brakes on the rear axle only. The rear axle brakes use 10" rotors and are disc brakes. I have 2 3500# axles.

I talked to my four winns dealer and they weren't interested and suggested I take it to a brake shop. I sent and email to four winns and got the reply back that it could be done and they gave me their part numbers but wouldn't tell me who their supplier was.

Was it Tie Down, Kodiak or someone else?

Any help would be appreciated.

You'll have to pull a wheel off and look for a manufacturer's mark, but I'm half betting they're Tie Down because trailer manufacturers use the cheap stuff. If your forward axles have a 4 bolt flange behind the hub adding front brakes is a breeze. I would NOT mix brands of brakes. That being said, I wouldn't invest further in Tie Down products. I'd bite the bullet and get the 4 disc Kodiak setup.
