is this an old tracker guide 14 foot?

I asked the guy, but he responded Guide-14 and as far as I can tell either that's an old brand or an older Tracker. Anyone in the knowledgbase recognize it? He said it has a max HP of 25.

Looking for a 14 foot rowboat I can throw a small/medium carryable outboard on, and if possible I'd like to have an idea of how much the thing weighs, so I can size up a motor. I have an 8hp, that needs a fix, but I think I can run it. I was thinking a 14 foot boat that was a little lighter, where the max hp might be 15, and might run a bit better with a smaller motor.

feel free to suggest a 14 foot rowboat. I'm certainly just looking at used ones in decent shape, aluminum, semi-v hull. never had a flat bottom, but they do plane easier is my understanding, but they'll bounce far more in any waves.

What does the paperwork say? That's going to be key on this.

Beyond that it looks like any other generic 14' aluminum boat from probably 70's era or so? Starcraft, Lowe, Lund, etc...

Looks like the rental boats we had in Canada eons ago which had about a 9-15HP outboard on it. Got soaked with 3 adults in a 6" chop but it got us out on the water.
