Achilles floor replacement

Hi everyone, I have a used Achilles 14 with badly deteriorated plywood floor sections. I would like to separate the aluminum extrusions/frames from the old plywood but looks as though the plywood was press fit into the extrusions (and probably some wood swelling as well). Is there any trick to getting these off without damaging them so that I can still use them as a template.
Thanks in advance for all your help.

Can't help you remove the H channel but I recently restored a few plywood sections with SYSTEMTHREE penetrating epoxy and epoxy putty. Saved a ton of money and time.

I don't know man. It's not that complicated.

Sand off any rot.

Apply penetrating epoxy sealer until it won't absorb

Apply epoxy putty

Paint

Easy stuff
