abrupt shutdown

1994 150 EFI when running down the lake at low speeds or high speeds every now and then it will just shut down with no warning as soon as i stop put in neutral will start right back up with no problems ! i have had the ECM rebuilt with new boards replaced the high pressure fuel pump ! i was wondering itf the trigger could be going out on it tired of spending money lol ! need to fix it ! i did buy it new in 1994 and this is my first problem ever with it been a great engine !

checked kill switch works fine but yes like you pulled the kill switch ! but starts up and runs like normal strange !

thought about that now that you say that dealer had to put a switch on it when the boat was new first time i went to the lake it shut down and had to use trolling motor to get it back to dock wow been so long i forgot thanks !

i just ordered a new switch and i will ohm out the harness after i get it before installing it when the boat was new i bought a mercury shop manual first time i have had to use it lol ! thanks for all your help sir !
