I see a lot of posts here with questions reagarding winterizing, some of them pretty basic. <br /><br /> For what it's worth, I saw an instructional CD about winterizing your mercruiser engine and drive,put out by Quicksilver, for sale on E-bay, under Mercruiser Parts.<br /><br /> Looks like the perfect thing for those who want to start peforming their own work.

I've got a Better Idea,..............<br /><br />You can author a Long, Involved, Accurate, Complete Winterization post,......<br />And,...<br />We'll get JB to include it into the FAQ forum............ :D

I'll do it...<br /><br />1. Go to library and borrow an appropriate service manual.<br /><br />2. Follow the instructions pertaining to your motor.<br /><br /> :D <br /><br />I'll look to see if we have one of those. Problem with posting a procedure is that there are so dang many configurations, it boggles my tiny little mind. :eek:
