About prop hub

Now the question of tightening the hub is settled -- how about telling me -- is it cheaper to but a new prop or to replace the hub. My prop cost $102.00 from A local store ( michigan ------02 )

You should be able to get your prop rehubbed for $40-$50, Bill.<br /><br />Good luck. :)

I guess that is not the problem I am looking at repalcing a drive shaft and crankshaft<br /><br />I dont understand how this happened <br /><br />The mechanic says <br /><br />" Metal on driveshaft appears to be from crankshaft"<br /><br />how would metal get in ther<br /><br />The prop stopped turning
