maybe someone can tell me what drive or motor i have here. On top of the engine the carb cover says omc cobra, on the transom assy the gimbal housing has OMC stamped into it. However, everyone is telling me my drive is a volvo drive. After looking around i noticed that the cobra drive and my drive look very much alike, the only noticable differences are that my drive doesn't have a water pump on the front, and my drive HAS a shift cable coming through it. If this is a volvo drive why would there be omc written all over the place. I do know this is a ford 1995 or 1994.
