A Little Advice Please?

I just bought a 2008 Pro Avenger w/115 Mercury 4-stroke. It is new,and the steering wheel pulls HARD (will spin the steering wheel all the way..hard) to the right as soon as I give it throttle. I know the fin center of the prop can adjust this some and this one is set dead center. Will adjusting this fix the HARD pull to the right?

I was looking at a 2000 Fisher Avenger Pro 17 with a 75 Merc 4 stroke and it did the same thing. Pull real hard to starboard.
