Just had to say Thanks to Paul and iboats forum for helping me figure out my motor, That thing screams now :D Its almost scary  I can not believe a gasket and a prop size made that much difference, But it sure did, I took it out for the first time today after changing the carb gasket and new prop, with the boat loaded with myself, my hutning buddy and all of our decoys, the boat jumped right up on plane just like it should, Before I changed anything, I was getting 3750 RPM at WOT, today I hit 6,000  Dont know if that is to much for a 25 HP but it runs great, Thanks again Paul, your the man :hail:

Glad to have helped. Sounds like you're dialed-in very well. Just keep in mind that if you reduce the load a bit, and are too aggressive with the throttle, you may get to where the ESG (governor) engages. Not a big deal. If that happens, just reduce throttle a little.

If you run that boat alone and empty that horse will be highly over reving, assume that tach will remain visible for your boat/weight outings monitoring, just in case...bum, caput!!
