Just wanted to exoress my gratitude for all the people who took the time to answer this nooby’s questions. I did a bunch of servicing on my old Mercruiser 140 over the winter. We took it out for a few hour test run yesterday and it ran beautifully! No more oil leaks (was the primary problem). Ran at perfect temperature, idled and throttled up perfectly. There was no way I would have got it done without all of you.
