99 yamaha 1200 falls flat in its face

my 99 yamaha just started not able to turn max rpm nad actually dies when trying to this. New starter, new battery, new gas. Help

What RPM does it start dying on? Does it smell like it is burning rich? Can you creap into the high RPMs? Need a lot more info to help. Check the choke and make sure it isn't stuck open.

rebuild the carbs it sounds like it is starving for fuel.
