99 Volvo Penta 3.0 L exhaust manifold

I have been looking for a replacement exhaust manifold and am finding limited success finding an aftermarket manifold. I found a crossreference for a 86 OMC 3.0L that suggests a substitute part number that matches the 99 Volvo Penta manifold that I need. My question is do You think this OMC part would interchange. It would save me about $200
