99 STX leaking

[FUNCAT-YAMAHA]

I have a 99 STX 1100 and it is leaking water.
If I fill the hull on land it drips out at the starboard side rear mounting bolt for the bottom plate below the pump nozzle.
I had two leaks 1) at the shaft, which I have repaired, but a leak still remains at this mounting bolt.
Has more of the green goop inside the hull lost its bond?

I found the leak.
More green goop that lost its bond.
