hello all i have a 99 ocean runner i have just put a new vro and i have took it out 2 times the third time it started to smoke heavy after trolling for a little while then ran offshore for a bit at about 30 knots when i back off of it it started to smell real bad any one have any clue as to why this is still happened it also started to seem like it was loading up but the plugs look finei have decarded it a few times
