I just bought a boat with a 99 200Merc optimax..had it checked out, then had a 100hr service check. As i drove out of the marina got a check engine light on it.After 2 weeks in the shop they say it has something to do with the 4th coil. Haven't picked it up yet. So far I've spent $650 just for them to tell me the engine was good and for the 100 hr. checkup. Now this. Could they have done this during the 100hr.checkup?<br />Thanks. Also, they charged me $28 dollars a piece x 8 for spark plugs.What's up with this engine?
