99 Johnson 115 missing at full throttle

I have a 1999 Johnson 115 outboard. It runs fine at idle, but misses intermittently at full throttle when pulling tubers. Seems like an electrical/ignition issue. Does anyone have experience with this? What could be the likely issues?

Could be fuel issue bad gas too low octane run some sea foam in your next tank I had the same problem last year. Run at least mid grade fuel
