99 JC Tritoon Bow Stop?

Guys and gals I bought a nice used 26ft JC Tritoon and the damn trailer winch stand is not right for this particular boat, the front of the boat is triangular instead of flat and this bear trailer winch stand is setup for a flat front pontoon/tritoon, is there any winch stands/ladder setups that will work with this boat and tightens down using Ubolts?

I'm not aware of any like you describe and I can't find a good online photo of your model boat to see what it looks like. However, FWIW, the "bow" or foredeck of my pontoon is curved, rather than flat. I simply removed the carpeted bumpers and, using a table saw, cut the wood at an angle (made it wedge shaped) and reinstalled the carpet cover.
