99-2000, 290 Sundancer ?

Hi everyone,
We have been looking at 1999-2000 290 Sundancer and I was wondering if some of you could give us some good/ bad stuff regarding this boat ?

decent, nice boats, with the correct engine package. what power are you looking at?

i love the rays.......


they consistantly have a high resale value as well....so im not alone....

as far as the bad's.......just make sure its powered properly as td said, and you have a marine sureveyor inspect it before you buy.....there is no such thing as a bad boat......just a bad owner !

What they said x2. Very nice boats. Those boats seem to last forever. I am currently looking at a 268 'dancer. The slips around me either have Carvers or SR Sundancers. Never heard a bad word about them. Not exactly fuel pinchers, but if you're looking at a 29', I'm sure that is not an issue. How much are they asking and which power package?

We have not decided on a specfic boat yet but there seems to be plenty of options. Any recommendations on the powerpackage ?

290 the most you can afford, better yet twins.
