I see last season that if I got on the throttle and was cruising along sometimes the heat would raise up. Never into alarm, but I always brought it some and it would go down. Is there a chance my water impeller is failing? I know if you don’t know how old, change it but looking for the correct part number. Also, could the thermostat be failing instead or change also.

start with the impeller. and while you are at it, you may want to service the bellows and gimble bearing.

Ayuh,..... Welcome Aboard,..... It's an Alpha, Gen.II, there's only 1 choice of water pump,....

Buy the Full Rebuild Kit, not just an impeller,.....
