Please help if able. Have the above setup on my boat. I seem to only have tilt no trim. Recently motor would not lower at lake, took home disgusted and pulled tilt res cap and frothy fluid escaped. I have read 300 forum advices and as far as can tell the Evinrude fastrak system has a special procedure for bleeding/replacing tilt unit lube. Some say release manual valve on port side and cycle engine using motor up/down few times pausing in between and refilling as needed and then retighten manual release. Other say this system is self bleeding and to only add fluid and cycle up/down and wait in between with no mention of release valve.
I cannot find my manual and am desperately hoping someone would be kind enough to show link or look in their manual and specify. Thanks
