Running WOT on the oxbow and lost all power. Tried to get back on plane and engine won't Rev above 2500 rpms. Spits and sputters at low idle. Neutral revs up good. Under load in gear 2500 tops. Changed plugs. Cleaned injectors from what I could do from outside. Did not pull them out of fuel rail nor flow test them. Changed water/fuel separator filter. Still nothing. Spark test was good on all except 1 coil which was weak but still gave a spark. Any help would be much appreciated before I spend money on parts I don't need.

Time to start testing the power packs. Download the CDI troubleshooting guide and the Mercury shop manual, get yourself a mutimeter and DVA adapter and start getting busy.

You should have 180VDC+ at cranking speed with a DVA holding the peak reading . You can do it with an oscilloscope as well.
