98 bombarder won't run!!!

If the timing was off due to a pin being sheared on the flywheel, how much work is it and would that be the cause of my problem? One plug is wet with fuel and the other is not?

that will do it every time,, but it is totally uncommon .. get the book and avoid guess work, it isn't all that difficult to do with the correct tools

So, with everything looking ok from outside -in what would be your advice on how to figure out what is causing the motor not to run and only firing on one cylinder?
