Just bought a 18' skiff with a 98 70 hp Nissan P.L.U.S. Starts and idles fine. Seems to have trouble getting on plane quickly. Also at high and full throttle the alarm sounds. I think it should push this light boat a bit faster. It did not do this the first few times it was run. It had been sitting for at least a year too. Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
