98 130w bogs when getting fuel under load where do I go from here

I have skeeter bass boat with a Yamaha 130 was on plane and throttle back went to throttle forward And Engine Start boging Down will not get on plane now compression is 120 and I have a good spark where do I go from here

if you have good spark on all plugs while the problem is happening , then I would make sure the timing is in spec while the problem is happening and then start looking at fuel problems

Have you made sure the alarm system is functioning and there is not an alarms setting the RPM reduction mode?

cylinders1 2 and 3 are firing properly cylinder 4 seems to be where my problem is, the spark plug is firing and the coil is good on 4 where do I need to go from here

is there a fuel pump running off of #4 crankcase?

130TLRW and yes there is
