I have a 98 115 spl that spits and shuts off at 1100 rpms. It has always had a spit at low rpms since i bought it. I have cleaned and rebuilt both carbs,replaced plugs,checked linkage sync,checked for vac leaks,fuel system,timing and ignition switch. WOT it runs great. Any ideas?
