!972 Evinrude Problems

I have a little 15 Vintage Renken with a 65 HP Evinrude. It's a 1972. I went out last week and the motor run excellent. Went out today and it would only rev up to about 3200 RPM. I brought it home, removed and cleaned the carbs. Any suggestion on other steps that I can take? Also would like a manual I can download if anyone knows a link

Also, is there a way to test the impeller other than disassemble?

Check to see if any screws are loose, I found 2 loose screws in a small compartment. Water should be flowing out the back, if you don't see any, your impl needs to be changed. You can order a manual on iboats.

Thanks, I will look for those screws. Think that I am going to install a pee tube as well.
