97 Volvo Penta Stern Drive 5.7GL - Cooling Problems

I have a 97' Four Winns, with a 5.7 GL Volvo Penta with a Cobra SX drive. Its overheating because no water is getting to the engine. The thermostat is working, but there's definitely not water coming from the pump to the thermostat housing through the larger hose. Is is possilbe that it is just clogged? I appears that water is getting in somehow because its being exhausted out of drive as it should be. Any help would be great.

When was the last time the raw water pump impeller was replaced?
