Was out chasing striper on the Hudson river.
Needed to stretch my legs so I went ashore on an island . Much to my surprise when i tilted my motor about a half gallon of water poured out of the cowl and into the boat. This happened several times . Home test in a drum revealed exhaust gasket leak as the culprit. Ordered from crowley marine should be here in two days . Just posting this for anyone who may get the same holy cow my cowl is half full of water shock I did .
