WetDog,<br /><br />I purchased a 32' 1977 Crowne last year. It was also a clean boat that a survey gave a clean bill of health. The boat had not even been painted on the bottom. (rack stored ?)<br /><br />Anyway, look for small gel coat blisters that may be located on the port side on the forward ends of the spray rails. Mine had about a dozen blisters 1/4" to 1/2" in diameter that had to be opened, washed, and regelcoated. Since this area is normally under water, I will look this fall for additional blistering. <br /><br />The survey did not find these blisters - or I may have had some reason for an additional price reduction. <br /><br />We love the boat, it is a great performer.
