The engine is going in to S.L.O.W. mode. This happens because of overtemp or low oil pressure. Has nothing to do with what your gauges say.
It could be nothing more than a faulty wire, or a bad sensor. Not the injectors or the ECM.
Do you have either a full model number or serial number on your engine?
